i'm kinda in the same situation but only its different.. what i'm doing is just leaving it atm and seeing how it works out.. it might it might not. who knows.. you'll find out someday.. does he/she know that you like them try telling them then at least you might know whether or not they have feelings back even if they are dating somone else but most of all just follow your heart

I used to be in this situation. And no matter how many people say how perfect you are together, or how many people think you're actually together, it won't happen. It's the sad truth. I always wished it would. And I can't honestly say that it gets any better if he finds out how you feel. When he found out about me, it was very difficult for both of us. He already lusted after someone else. And it was something we had to deal with until we both went away to university, still trying desperatly to cling onto our friendship. But it's so much better for me now. After several serious arguements about the situation we used to have, the feelings have died, and we're best friends again now. The only advice I can give you is, he loves you more than her, even though its not in the way you were hoping, so never for a moment feel insecure about him forgetting about you. Because that's the mistake I made. And, someday, you may feel it's right to tell him how perfect you are together. Just be careful.

If you try blowing up in his face and being upset - he may look at you differently and choose to be with you. (from my experience of watching Disney movies) I only say this since it's clear you can't stand to stay "friends".
