How sure are you that veronica doesn't have any feelings for you? My name isn't Veronica, but this rather echoes a situation I'm in. I made my friend believe I had no feelings for him, so he's now going out with another girl. And I tell you, it's killing me.

Honestly, in my opinion which has been tried many many occasions, it is sometimes difficult to distinguish between Love, Lust or infatuation.
Thinking about the nitty-gritty details of "love" instead of the glamourous ones, like "am I willing to grow old with this person? Am I willing to possibly clean up this persons mess as they are old? Am I willing to be with them if they are bald, deaf, mentally ill? Keep going with little restraint on crazy outcomes and you may be surprised with yourself. Hope all goes well.
