I have a best friend who is a gay male. I am a straight female and I feel like the more time we spend together the more I like him more than just a friend. He is amazing... sure he can be a jerk but can't all men? He has told me that I am beautiful and he's the first man that actually said that to me besides my father. He has been with women before and he's dating a guy now who is awesome. His boyfriend now is sweet as well but he happens to be about 4 years older and acts a lot as an authority figure more than a boyfriend to my best friend. Everybody just SWEARS that he likes me but I would never believe it. I miss him soooo much when I'm not around him and when I am around him I'm always happy... I can't even be mad at him for more than two minutes! we all think he is still confused but nobody knows. I don't want to ruin our friendship by dating him but I don't want to keep having these feelings and JUST be his friend... I'm so confused...
