Love or Lust?

I was at a work party last night when the guy iv really really fancy for ages revealed he felt the same for me. We ended up kissing passionately and both want more! It was amazing. The only problem is i've a boyfriend of 3yrs n he also has a girlfriend. I think it might turn into a very passionate affair, i want to try resist but i already feel weakened at the thought of his gorgeous smile n beautiful blue eyes!
