fantasies about being raped usually mean you want too be dominated in bed... not actually raped. Roleplaying with a partner you are comfortable with is an appropriate way too realize such a fantasy. However rape is just wrong... it is evil and while you may have unkowingly put yourself in a bad spot you ARE NOT at fault for being a rape victim

Sorry about that I was really horny at the time.
But seriously, be optimistic and just take it like another learning lesson in life. Just like when I found out my girl cheated on me, I say "at least I didn't marry her." If I already married her I would say "at least I didn't have children with her." If I had children with her I'd say "At least I can get a new wife." Try to do optimistic self talk, its more effective than it seems.
