I am 19 now, and have never had a girlfriend. I've never kissed a girl. I've never been to first base. Hell, I haven't even arrived to the ball park. I'm scared that I will never find someone, and grow up to be a miserable old man, or that if I do have a girlfriend, I won't know what to do.

If you find a girl worthwhile, not knowing what to do is a 100% non-issue. A girl who is sweet and understanding will not see your inexperience as a negative, I'll tell you that right now. It might even be a plus believe it or not.

It's an uncomfortable place to be. Sorry you are there.

I am 29 and never had a girlfriend, so, don't feel bad, you are not the only one. One suggestion from my years of "experience", though: look for one. A girlfriend is not going to fall on your lap. Talk to girls, be funny, but not too funy that becomes annoying. I'll tell you, if I was your age, I would go out and at least talk to one. That one talk could pull another one and you might get lucky.

I feel exactly the same way- 19, never been kissed, never been in a relationship. It happens all the time acctually. You'll find a girl who doesn't have any experience either, and you'll both not know what to do together :)

BEEN THERE! Hated the creeps that got all the girls and didn't treat them well.

Put yourself out there. Better to be rejected a few times and finding your girl then staying alone.

Don't stress it. I know you must be anxious, but if I were to go back, i'd relax more.

I'm 23 now. Been with the same girl for 2 years. Were talking about getting married. I have a great 'baseball carrer' even if I wasn't drafted right away.

For some of us it's just not in the cards I'm a 40 year old male, I have a six figure a year job, A masters in computer science and I'm a virgin never had a girl friend/Sex or even been touched by a woman in a sexual way. Woman just don't response to me in a sexual way, I'm invisible.

I felt the same way too. I loved a guy that would never love me in that way. And so when I hit 18, I went to the bars and just started making out with whoever.

Don't make the same mistake I did. I was literally disgusted with myself, even if all I did was kiss.

all you need to do is go about your day full of vim and vigor, be confident in your actions, tell jokes and laugh out loud. just live. along the way someone will meet you, you'll hit it off, probably just quick friends at first - then something more - never fear, love has a habit of finding you when you least suspect it.

Don't make the mistake of thinking just because you found a girl that she is the one. If you watch Hitch, he struck out early in college. My first kiss was 21. It's all a learning process and you might learn to get your heart broken and that sucks a__ so be careful not to fall too easily when it does happen.
