Not eating or drinking?

i don't know whether i am more anorexic or more of an alcoholic. everyone knows that i have a history of not eating. everyone knows that i drink. not everyone, maybe no one knows how little i eat and how much i drink. i forgo meals for more alcohol, then feel sick all day. i am afraid i will never know who i am, or at least remember who i was before.

I don't know what advice to give you, i just wanted to let you know that I too am anorexic and I don't know how to stop. I think we should both ask someone to help us.
