if you have it in your head that you're bad, then you'll just keep being bad... for me it was seeing how comfortable he was, that made me feel more at ease. we're not together now, but i appreciate him for what he did.. may not seem like a lot, but sex as vulgar as it may sound really is important in a relationship.. maybe you just need the same, someone that makes you feel comfortable.

Everyone can be nervouse about sex, but it doesn't matter so much for women. Men think they have to be some rock hard porno star in the bedroom. There is lots of really good advice about how to get over this on the internet. Maybe even get yourself some viagra, even if it's just there as a back up incase of nerves and floppiness.
But then again, about 20% of people are really not that bothered about sex. There is nothing wrong with that.
I had the same problem a few years ago. Had a bad, useless time one night and then was so worried about it happening again, that it did happen again. So I got myself some cheap sex pills (they really do work you know) and didn't even have to use them, because I knew they were there. So I wasn't worried, so no problem.
