you are 13, this guy u love is im sorry to say a crush. love does not have a meaning at that age. It was just a pitty that u went so far. this doesnt give the others the right to start rumors about u. I say leave it be. let them talk about it. If nd when they ask about it dont lie tell them u did and it was once and not to happen again from a long time. (say something along those lines even if ur planing on doing it again.) im a guy and i know that a guy will most likely "kiss and tell" so thats how it might have gotten out. (tho this mainly happens with guys who tend to be the popular ones. brainy guys wont usally, tho they might) but one thing i say is never fall under any pressure to do wat others say, just leave it.
