I feel your pain, I had a near affair with my GF's GF - we were going to hit a motel but she wanted to pick something up from her shared apt. Well, her BF came home early and that was that. We did enough at the restaurant and in an alley that we both felt a little guilty while we attended each other's wedding (she married a different BF) but on a recent trip to my old town she met me at the airport hotel for a few drinks and we just chatted but then before she left, we messed around in the hotel bar. I didn't let it get any further but it's funny because I was beginning to wonder if the original incident had even happened or not - well it did and she's planning to visit our new town in the next month or so.

Think about it, Why did she seduce you when she had a husband? because he wasnt treating her right. You have nothing to be ashamed of. People cheat on people because they arent getting what they need. Just move on.

For hundreds of thousands of years humans did not have marriage. I just wonder who the first caveman was that said, "Hmmm, you want me to share my cave with you and then when one of us leaves you get to keep it? Sure! Sounds good to me."
I wouldn't get too distraught over something like this. Society teaches us that many things natural are not good. While I don't think we can all go "hog wild" there isn't really a need to feel too badly about something as natural as desire.
Let it go.
