Talking to someone about this can help. Talk to a trusted parent, friend's parent, guidance counselor,or other adult and see if you can get some counseling. Was it normal childhood experimentation, or did she know it upset you and did it anyway? Either way, you have my sympathy and best wishes.

I don't know how old you guys are now but chances are she's doing it to someone else. You should confront her about it and let others around her especially those with children know. Even if you do it anonymously.
