i think I have an std but i have unprotected sex with people without them knowing i don't know if i'm clean.
I think part of me wants to live in the denial of if i don't get checked i won't know i have it. therefore, I can't get tested. i can't know.

You may not care if you have an STD, which you actually obviously do care, but if you want to keep pretending that's your choice. Don't allow yourself to potentially be infecting other people though! THat's awful!

Get tested, my first time was with a person who had an std and i didnt find out for a year, now it may be possible that i cant have kids, and it's messed up my immune system for life. GET TESTED
