Strange love

I am bi and i am in love with my best friend. I want to tell her so bad , but it might make her freak. i can't stop thinking about her. I can't have a good day unless i here her voice. she has the best advice anyone could ask for, and she tries to be there for me when i need it. she said she loves me, but i think she is talking about friend love and not love love. please someone tell me what i should do.
