If you are not blood related then I have to say it's fine.
It might be weird for your family at first but still I don't see the problem. Also especially if you became step siblings in mid teens and later I don't see the problem.

how old are you? and how long have you been living as brother and sister? If your older kids who haven't known eachother long, I don't see the harm in it. You don't have a problem with insest because he isn't blood related.
