to hard on myself

i have always been hard on myself, and recently i have started to kinda hurt myself. its jus been punching stuff or scraping my hands till i start to bleed and then i have to lie and make up stories about how it happened. i have never done this and im afraid that it will lead to something more dangerous......ugh whats wrong with me???
