The EXACT! same thing happened to me...but I was in love with him 3 years and he decided 2 date my best friend...now I may be starting to like him again F*^%@* it sucks. My condolences(I can;t spell) he probly wasn;t worth it, and the guy I'm re-falling for probly isn;t either.

It's not that you're not good enough; it's that you are meant for someone better than him. I know it's hard, but you'll have to move on. Someone else will come one day.

Its not the fact that you weren't good enough, its the fact that they just wanted you as a friend. You'll find someone, but you have to get over this one first.

It's not tht u wernt good enough. Sometimes people jus dont share feelings...yull find someone better, and realise you dont love only once.

don't give in if you know there really not in love with you and they just want instant gratification (aka:sex)

same thing is happening to me.. we hav been frinends for 11 years and i have loved him for 9 of those years. he is the only person i sincerly love. i had a chance with him..but didnt take it. i told him i loved him and he goes and gets a girlfriend..

you weren't good enough because you lacked the courage to force the issue. if they rejected you after you explicitly made a play, you should have stopped seeing them completely and gotten over them, and moved on with your life. That's what you should be doing now. Grow up and move on - get a counselor to help if you have to.
