whats wrong with me

i have the perfect boyfriend. he's so sweet to me and he's adorable. im not good enough for him. im mean to him for no reason..i dont know whats wrong with me. i want so badly to just be nice to him and not take advantage of what ive got. he's amazing and im afraid i will drive him away...

Ask for his help. Tell him what you are going through and tell him how it starts. Together you can figure out a way to stop it. Do this before he is too tired and decides to give up. This way his energy can be devoted to helping you stop this bad habit you keep enacting insead of trying to get over his hurt feelings. With good help, a lot of talking and thinking about why you do this, and you probably can pull a behavioral change in a few months to a year. I wish you well. Do some good reading on changing behavioral patterns. It really could help you.
