who's heart to break
QuickCode : cheating
boyfriend: is perfect. except he's not very intelligent and he's a bit clingy. he's also 2.5 hours away, and we've managed the relationship for almost a year (June).
new guy: is different. he's open-minded and very natural, hippie-ish. he's attempted to hold my hand and is very, very gentle.
on the 31st i'm going to my boyfriend's senior prom, and it's a really big deal to him.
they don't know about each other. at all.
i feel horrible and don't know what to do.
when i'm with one i'm so engulfed by him that i don't think there's anyone else.
i need help.
i feel like a whore.
i've thought about not telling them about one another and playing them, and then i feel lower than dirt. way lower. i'm so sorry.

If you are going to prom with him that tells me your young and too young to be suck with one guy. Hunny take it from me i am 23, married and have a kid enjoy life while you are young date everyone before you are stuck in a relationship with the same person for years and years.

If your going to prom that means your young enough to date more then one person at a time. And in doing so you'll find the qualities that make up the perfect guy for you. I was actualy in the same position that you are now. I had a boyfriend (my best friend still) that lived 1300 miles away from me. So, I can imagine how lonely you can feel at times. I started dating other people and I didn't tell either one. Through this I found out that eventually one or both of them will find out about the other. And it Will and Should happen. Until then, get to know both of them better and later you can pick between um. You shouldn't feel low for not wanting them to find out about each other. Right now its better if you don't because they can be more themselves without knowing theirs competion competing for your attention and love. I hope you understand where i'm coming from and i hope it all works out for you in the end hun.

Honesty is the best policy. To be honest I think if there is a new guy then the old guy obviously isn't doing it for you. Only time will tell...

You need to pick one because eventually they will both find out and you'll be left with nobody. If you really are interested in the new guy, then maybe you aren't as in love with the old guy as you thought and maybe things are over between you two. If you two are meant to be together then one day you will, but if you cheat on him, then he may never give you the chance ever again.

Your boyfriend doesn't really sound too perfect. I mean, he doesn't sound like a bad guy, but he's obviously not everything you want. Break away and give the new guy a chance. And when you find someone you like more than him, go for them. I mean, hey, you're young!
